Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
We are not responsible for:
• Any customs/import taxes that may apply.
• Delays due to customs.
• Lost, stolen, delayed, or returned packages.
If a shipping issue occurs, it is the buyer's responsibility to open a case with the shipping company.
If your package is returned to us due to a buyer error (wrong address entered, etc.), you are responsible for purchasing additional shipping to have the item re-shipped to you.
Once packages are marked "delivered" by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Make sure to ship your package to a secure address where the mail carrier can leave the package. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping. You can also inquire about your package with your local post office. Sometimes they mark packages as delivered but hold on to them if they weren’t able to find a safe spot.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Buyers are responsible for returned shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
